摘要

随着信息技术与汽车制造深度融合,汽车维修行业不断转型升级,职业教育急需培养掌握新技术、新工艺的高素质人才.在"岗课赛证"融通育人模式的背景下,通过对接汽车涂装行业标准重构课程体系,整合"1+X"证书制度优化人才培养方案,利用职业技能大赛促进学生技能提高,积极开展教师、教学、教法改革,探索"岗课赛证"有效融通,提高人才培养和教育教学质量.
