摘要

新能源汽车产业是国家大力支持和发展的新兴产业,其高速发展需要大量人才支撑,因此许多高职院校设立了新能源汽车专业,希望能够培养出优秀的专业人才.本文主要分析新能源汽车专业人才培养方案,并对高职毕业生的就业前景、就业过程中的问题进行分析,结合新能源汽车专业的特点,提出了相应的改善建议.
