CNC加工中心通过用户编写的NC程序对工件进行加工,NC程序的加工坐标需要工件坐标系零点来确定.不同数控系统建立工件坐标系零点的方式不同,本文主要介绍西门子840D数控系统工件坐标系的建立,有助于读者理解工件坐标系定义及编程使用方法.
Abstract
The CNC machining center processes the workpiece through the NC program written by the user.The machining coordinates of the NC program need to determine the zero of the workpiece coordinate system.Different NC systems have different ways to set the zero of workpiece coordinate system.This paper mainly introduces the establishment of workpiece coordinate system of Siemens 840D NC system,which is helpful for readers to understand the definition of workpiece coordinate system and programming method.
