摘要

新《职教法》的出台,进一步促进职业院校职业教育管理,从而推动我国高等职业教育的迅速发展,为社会输送更多的机械类高素质技能人才.但对新《职教法》背景下高职院校教学内容研究发现,高职院校依旧存在考核方式单一、课程体系固定、校企合作脱节、师资力量匮乏等问题.在此背景下,本研究依据新《职教法》要求,针对高职院校机械专业教学问题,提出构建多元化考核手段、建立二维融合课程体系、实现校企合作协同育人、建设"双师型"教师队伍等优化策略,以提升高职院校教学能力,促进机械类专业学生实践能力和综合能力的快速发展.

Abstract

The introduction of the new"Vocational Education Law"further promotes the management of vocational education in vocational colleges,thereby promoting the rapid development of higher vocational education in China and sending more high-quality mechanical talents to the society.However,the study of the teaching content of higher vocational colleges under the background of the new"Vocational Education Law"found that there are still problems such as single assessment methods,fixed curriculum systems,disjointed school-enterprise cooperation,and lack of teachers.In this context,according to the requirements of the new"Vocational Education Law",this study proposes optimization strategies such as building diversified assessment methods,establishing a two-dimensional integrated curriculum system,realizing school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education,and building a"dual-teacher"teaching team according to the requirements of the new"Vocational Education Law",so as to improve the teaching ability of higher vocational colleges and promote the rapid development of practical ability and comprehensive ability of mechanical students.
