摘要
社会的发展,经济的繁荣,加快企业的现代化发展进程.新时期,企业为了在行业与市场中更好的生存和发展,对人才的培养提出更为严格的要求.以汽车专业人才为例,企业不仅要求人才具有扎实的专业理论知识基础,也要具备工匠精神,良好的职业态度,较高的综合素养.基于企业现阶段对汽车专业人才的全新要求,高职院校作为人才培养的主要阵地,应在课程思政教学环节加强学生工匠精神的培养,做好专业知识教学的同时,强化职业素养和专业精神的培养,让学生在未来可以真正的满足行业与企业的现实需求.本文基于课程思政视域下高职汽车专业人才工匠精神培养举措展开分析,优先分析工匠精神的内涵,之后基于课程思政视域分析高职汽车专业人才培养现状,最后探讨课程思政视域下高职汽车专业人才工匠精神的培养举措.
Abstract
The development of society,and the prosperity of the economy accelerate the modernization development process of enterprises.In the new era,to better survive and develop in the industry and market,enterprises put forward more stringent requirements for the cultivation of talents.Taking automotive professionals as an example,enterprises not only require talents to have a solid professional theoretical knowledge base,but also have craftsman spirit,good professional attitude,and high comprehensive literacy.Based on the new requirements of enterprises for automotive professionals at this stage,vocational colleges,as the main position of talent training,should strengthen the cultivation of students'craftsman spirit in the ideological and political teaching of courses,do a good job in professional knowledge teaching,and strengthen the cultivation of professional quality and professionalism,so that students can truly meet the actual needs of the industry and enterprises in the future.This paper analyzes the training measures of craftsman spirit of higher vocational automobile professionals from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics,and gives priority to analyzing the connotation of craftsman spirit,then analyzes the current situation of training of higher vocational automobile professionals from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics,and finally discusses the training measures of craftsman spirit of higher vocational automobile professionals from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics.
