摘要
现代学徒制试点工作的建设与实践作为职业教育重要改革方向之一,旨在通过校企共育不断提升教学模式和质量,推动学生的职业发展,为人才培养和经济社会发展提供有力支持.汽修专业现代学徒制实践教学案例库的建设及应用对于提高学生的实践能力和职业素养具有重要意义,可以提高汽修专业学生的实际操作能力和问题解决能力,促进他们对汽车维修技术的理解和掌握.还能增强学校导师与企业导师间的团结互助合作,资源共享,加快完成汽车检测与维修技术专业的现代学徒制试点工作,促进教育教学改革,实现学校、企业和教师的可持续和谐发展.
Abstract
As one of the important reform directions of vocational education,the construction and practice of the pilot work of modem apprenticeship system aims to continuously improve the teaching mode and quality through school-enterprise co-education,promote the career development of students,and provide strong support for talent training and economic and social development.The construction and application of the modem apprenticeship practical teaching case library of automobile repair major is of great significance for improving students'practical ability and professional quality,which can improve the practical operation ability and problem-solving ability of automobile repair students,and promote their understanding and mastery of automobile maintenance technology.It can also enhance the solidarity and cooperation between school tutors and enterprise tutors,share resources,accelerate the completion of the pilot work of modern apprenticeship in automobile inspection and maintenance technology,promote education and teaching reform,and realize the sustainable and harmonious development of schools,enterprises,and teachers.
