Abstract
This article focuses on the research and solution of the SBR device's insensitivity issue encountered during the development of a new car model.The article provides a detailed explanation of the root cause of the problem and the solution,including fishbone diagram analysis,defect seat measurement analysis,and key factor replacement analysis.Finally,through testing and experiments,the author successfully solved the SBR device's insensitivity issue and provided a feasible solution for car manufacturers.
