Abstract

With the deepening of market economy,human resources have increasingly become the core resources for the survival and development of enterprises.As the"new blood"of the company,new employees are the hope of the future development of an enterprise,and guiding new employees to integrate into the corporate environment as soon as possible is of great significance to employees and enterprises.
