Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the safety management mode and practice of highway engineering construction and analyze its key points.In the introduction,the importance and research purpose of highway engineering construction safety management are proposed.Then,the paper first introduces the organizational structure,safety management elements and the importance of construction site safety management of highway engineering construction.Then,the key points of highway construction safety management are analyzed in depth,including safety management standards and norms,safety education and training,and safety production supervision mechanisms.Next,through case analysis,the selection and implementation of different highway construction safety management models and the evaluation of the effect of safety management measures are discussed,and these models are evaluated.Finally,the main findings of the paper are summarized in the conclusion,and relevant suggestions are put forward for the safety management mode and practice of highway engineering construction.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical guidance and reference for the practice of highway engineering construction safety management,and promote the improvement of highway engineering construction safety level.
