摘要
在汽车产业"新四化"浪潮下,软件定义汽车的发展趋势已经成为了汽车行业内的共识.为了在新时期下打造汽车产品的核心竞争力,满足用户 日益变化的需求,汽车企业纷纷从各个业务维度进行转型升级.本文通过分析软件定义汽车对汽车产品开发工作的影响,从需求、职责、路径、规则、资源5个方面探索开发项目管理的提升方式.
Abstract
Under the wave of"new four modernizations"in the automotive industry,the development trend of software defined vehicles has become a consensus within the automotive industry.In order to build the core competitiveness of automotive products in the new era and meet the ever-changing needs of users,automotive companies have transformed and upgraded from various business dimensions.This article analyzes the impact of software defined vehicles on automotive product development work,and explores ways to improve development project management from five aspects:request,responsibility,route,rule,and resource.
