Research on Logistics Service Quality based on OTWB Platform
In today's world,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is booming,and digital technology is developing rapidly.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategic deployment to promote China's digitalization process,accelerate the development of the digital economy,and promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.This paper focuses on the research on the OTWB platform of logistics digital products and logistics service quality,and builds a digital platform for automotive logistics against other industries.The purpose of the research is to open up a management road for automotive logistics to improve logistics service quality,improve operational efficiency,refine control logistics node information,improve service quality,and improve customer satisfaction through digital means.
