The Current Situation and Application of Scope Management in Automotive Projects
The project scope spread,insufficient scope change evaluation,and imprecise approval process of new automobile projects often lead to waste of project resources,seriously affecting the achievement of project goals.This article introduces the definition of project scope management,expounds the application status and existing problems of project scope management in current automobile new product projects,and proposes solutions to the problems of scope management in automobile new product projects from three aspects:formulating scope management plans,defining Scope Baseline,and implementing change management methods.
