摘要
当代人工智能发展日益复杂并拥有一定自主决策能力,其道德责任归属问题在当代备受关注.由于,目前人工智能的决策和行为完全基于预设的算法和输入的数据处理,它们没有人类一样来理解或判断自己的行为是否符合道德和伦理标准,其道德归属主要由制造者和使用者承担.尽管,人工智能的道德归属还面临一系列的其他挑战,相关方应从法律和伦理对策入手应对这些挑战.
Abstract
The development of contemporary artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly complex and has a certain degree of autonomous decision-making ability,and the issue of its moral responsibility attribution has attracted much attention in contemporary times.Since the current decision-making and behavior of artificial intelligence is completely based on preset algorithms and input data processing,they do not have the same human understanding or judgment as human beings to understand or judge whether their actions meet moral and ethical standards,and their moral attribution is mainly bome by the maker and user.Although there are a number of other challenges to the ethical attribution of AI,relevant parties should address these challenges from a legal and ethical approach.
