摘要
截止2021年,我国汽车保有量已突破2.6亿辆,汽车年产销量均超2200万辆,已经成为世界第一大汽车生产国和第一大汽车销售国.中国汽车化进程不断加快,形成规模达1.8万亿元以上的庞大汽车产业市场.汽车产业快速发展,也直接带动了多个相关产业的联动发展,必然需要大量高水平汽车工程技术人才作为支撑.因此,结合汽车产业市场对高级技术创新型人才需求的实际情况和车辆工程专业特色,有针对性地开展以提升工程实践能力为核心的人才培养模式改革,切实提升车辆工程专业人才培养能力,是我院主动适应经济社会发展、深化工程教育改革的最直接体现,培养更适合工程实践需要的创新型高技术技能型人才势在必行.
Abstract
As of 2021,China's automobile ownership has exceeded 260 million,and the annual production and sales of automobiles have exceeded 22 million,becoming the world's largest automobile producer and the largest automobile sales country.China's automobileization process has been accelerating,forming a huge automobile industry market with a scale of more than 1.8 trillion yuan.The rapid development of the automotive industry has also directly driven the linkage development of a number of related industries,which will inevitably require a large number of high-level automotive engineering and technical talents as support.Therefore,combined with the actual situation of the demand for advanced technological innovation talents in the automotive industry market and the professional characteristics of vehicle engineering,the reform of the talent training model with the improvement of engineering practice ability as the core and the effective improvement of vehicle engineering professional talent training ability are the most direct embodiment of our institute's initiative to adapt to economic and social development and deepen the reform of engineering education.It is imperative to cultivate innovative high-tech skilled talents more suitable for engineering practice needs.
