摘要
民办高校是高等教育的重要组成部分,肩负着为社会培养优秀技能人才的重任.应用型民办高校应建设一支实践经验丰富、理论学识扎实的"双师型"教师队伍,培养应用型人才,为社会主义现代化强国建设添砖加瓦.文章分别从学校、教师、企业三个层面深入剖析,从建立管理机制、制定认定细则、明确"双师型"教师职责及考核办法、制定奖励政策、提升教师教学能力、引进学科带头人、组建教师队伍、加强实践培训、深化校企合作等多种途径,详细论述了电气类"双师型"教师队伍的建设路径.
Abstract
Private colleges and universities are an important part of higher education and shoulder the important task of training excellent skilled personnel for the society.The application-oriented private colleges and universities should build a"double-qualified"teacher team with rich practical experience and solid theoretical knowledge,cultivate qualified application-oriented talents,and contribute to the construction of a socialist modem power.The article analyzes from the three levels of schools,teachers and enterprises,and discusses in detail the construction path of electrical"double qualified"teacher team from various ways,such as establishing management mechanism,formulating identification rules,clarifying the responsibilities and assessment methods of"double qualified"teachers,formulating incentive policies,improving teachers'teaching ability,introducing discipline leaders,establishing teacher team,strengthening practical training,and deepening school-enterprise cooperation.
