摘要
近年来,随着电动汽车的热销,其售后质量也引起了广泛的关注.其中旋转变压器作为电机的位置传感器,承担着控制电机驱动的核心作用.虽然旋转变压器具有结构可靠、抗干扰能力强、适用于恶劣的环境等优点,但是一旦损坏或者信号解析电路失效,整车将面临扭矩失控的极大风险.因此,本文分析了旋转变压器及其解析电路的失效模式并提出相应的设计改进的方案.
Abstract
In recent years,with the popularity of electric vehicles,their after-sales quality has also attracted extensive attention.As the position sensor of the motor,the resolver plays a key role in controlling the motor drive.Although the resolver has the advantages of reliable structure,strong anti-interference ability,and adaptability to harsh environments,once it is damaged or the signal detection circuit fails,the vehicle will face a great risk of out of control torque.Therefore,this paper analyzes the failure mode of the resolver and its detection circuit and puts forward the corresponding design improvement scheme.
