前照灯性能评价整车级及零部件级测试差异分析

汽车照明安全是汽车主动安全的重要组成部分之一.目前对汽车照明的评价基本为零部件级,无法从整车的角度分析前照灯的照射距离、照射宽度、眩光性等指标.随着中国汽车产品安全技术水平的快速发展,对整车级照明评价受到越来越多的关注.本文从整车灯光性能评价的角度,对其试验方法,从评价流程,扫描时长,车辆姿态,灯具安装误差,热影响等方面分析了整车灯光评价与零部件灯光评价的差异,并进行了相应的试验验证,从而得出结论,整车级评价更接近车辆和灯具的实际使用状态,零部件级评价不能取代整车级测试.
As we all know,automotive lighting safety is one of the important components of active automotive safety.The current evaluation of automotive lighting is basically at the component level,and it is not possible to analyze the headlight's irradiation distance,irradiation width,glare and other indicators from the perspective of the entire vehicle.With the rapid development of China's automotive product safety technology level,more and more attention has been paid to the evaluation of vehicle-level lighting.From the perspective of vehicle lighting performance evaluation,this paper analyzes the differences between vehicle lighting evaluation and component lighting evaluation from the aspects of test method,like evaluation process,scanning time,vehicle attitude,lamp installation error,thermal effect,etc.,and carries out corresponding test verification.This leads to the conclusion that vehicle-level evaluations are closer to the actual use of vehicles and luminaires,and that component-level evaluations are not a substitute for vehicle-level testing.
