摘要
对大众迈腾B8其发动机无法正常起动故障原因为研究对象分析,针对发动机起动时,仪表不显示,转向柱不解锁,起动机不运转,起动机正常运转而发动机无法正常起动故障现象,将其与其相应的无钥匙启动系统控制电路、起动机控制电路、发动机控制单元电源电路、燃油供给系统控制电路、点火线圈主电源供电电路相结合,分析其产生的故障原因,并给出相应的故障诊断思路和方法.研究表明,发动机无法起动应从进入及起动电路、起动控制电路、发动机控制系统等有关.
Abstract
This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the causes of the failure of the engine to start normally of the Volkswagen magotan B8.When the engine is started,the instrument does not display,the steering column does not unlock,the starter does not operate,the starter operates normally but the engine cannot start normally,combined with its corresponding keyless start system control circuit,starter control circuit,engine control unit power circuit,fuel supply system control circuit Analyze the fault causes of the main power supply circuit of the ignition coil,and put forward the corresponding fault diagnosis ideas and methods for the reference of the vehicle maintenance technician when dealing with the corresponding fault.The research shows that the failure to start the engine should be related to the entry and starting circuit,starting control circuit,engine control system,etc.
