摘要

TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System)作为一种轮胎压力监测系统,可以进行轮胎压力和温度等状态的监测和异常情况的报警,提醒驾驶人及时处理,提高汽车驾驶的安全性、经济性和舒适性,是智能轮胎技术的一个非常重要的应用.本文从TPMS类型、胎压传感器信号解析、工厂标定环境要求三个方面展开分析,目的为TPMS在工厂内标定提供一个较为理想的实施方案.

Abstract

TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System)as a type of tire pressure monitoring system,the monitoring and abnormal situation of tire pressure and temperature can be used to alarm the driver,and to inform the driver of timely treatment,improve the safety,economy and comfort of the car driving,is a very important application of the intelligent tire technology.In this paper,the paper analyzes the requirements of the type about TPMS,the tire sensor signal resolution and the factory calibration environment,and provides a more ideal implementation plan for the TPMS calibration of the plant.
