摘要
本文聚焦铁路安全问题,分析了铁路现场作业人员安全事故典型案例,阐述了 目前铁路现场作业人员安全防护的三种方案—人工盯防、智能安全卡控系统、基于北斗高精度定位技术的现场作业安全防护系统.基于北斗定位技术的现场作业安全防护系统以精准、可靠、安全的优势将作业人员的安全防护上升到了更高等级,为铁路行车筑牢安全防线.
Abstract
This paper focuses on railway safety issues,analyzes typical cases of safety accidents of railway field operators,and expounds three current safety protection schemes for railway field operators:manual watching,intelligent security card control system,and line field operation safety protection system based on Beidou high-precision positioning technology.The on-site operation safety protection system based on Beidou positioning technology raises the safety protection of operators to a higher level with the advantages of precision,reliability and safety,and builds a solid safety defense line for railway driving.
