摘要
与传统的交通事故不同,无人驾驶汽车参与的交通事故影响因素更为复杂,事故因果关系辨别难度更大,这就为无人驾驶汽车交通事故的司法鉴定工作带来了前所未有的挑战,而交通事故痕迹物证鉴定又是司法鉴定业务的重要内容,如何开展无人驾驶汽车参与的交通事故痕迹物证鉴定成为了人们思考的难 题.
Abstract
Different from the traditional traffic accidents,the influencing factors of traffiic accidents involving driverless cars are more complicated,and the identification of accident causality is more difficult,this has brought unprecedented challenges to The Legal Expertizing of traffic accidents involving driverless cars,and The Identification of trace evidence is an important part of The Legal Expertizing business,how to carry out the identification of the trace evidence in traffic accidents involving driverless cars has become a difficult problem for people to think about.
