摘要

随着汽车行业向新能源智能网联汽车方向的转型,汽车企业对车辆工程专业研究生的要求不断提高.在这样的背景下,要求培养研究生具有较强的实践能力、科研能力、创新创业能力.传统研究生培养模式理论研究与工程实际相脱节的弊端不断显现,而校企合作作为工科研究生的创新培养模式可有效解决这个问题.本文从车辆工程专业研究生的培养特点出发,从研究生培养目标、培养方案制定、教学方法和内容、专项技能训练和实践基地建设等方面,对改革完善研究生的培养模式进行了研究,为应用研究型高层次专业人才的培养提供了参考.

Abstract

With the transformation of the automotive industry to new energy intelligent networked vehicles,the requirements of automobile companies for graduate students in vehicle engineering are constantly increasing.In this context,it is required to train graduate students to have strong practical ability,scientific research ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability.The disadvantages of the disconnection between theoretical research and engineering practice in the traditional postgraduate training mode are constantly emerging,and the school-enterprise cooperation as an innovative training model for engineering graduate students can effectively solve this problem.Based on the characteristics of the training of graduate students majoring in vehicle engineering,this paper studies the reform and improvement of the training mode of graduate students from the aspects of graduate training objectives,training program formulation,teaching methods and contents,special skills training,and practice base construction,etc.,which provides a reference for the training of applied research-oriented high-level professionals.
