摘要
"1+X"证书制度是国家对职业教育改革进行的一项重要举措.该制度旨在培养有着更高职业素养的技术专业型人才,促进社会发展,提高国家竞争力.汽车领域1+X证书标准对应岗位多,覆盖专业广,但在实施过程中仍然面临许多问题.本文通过分析汽车领域人才需求,结合职业院校现状,分析探讨"1+X"证书制度下汽车领域人才职业素养培养模式现阶段问题并提出相应解决对策,为有效提高学生职业素养,助力学生全面可持续发展提供参考.
Abstract
The"1+X"certificate system is an important measure of the national reform of vocational education.The system aims to cultivate technical professionals with higher professional qualities,promote social development and improve national competitiveness.There are many positions corresponding to the 1+X certificate standard in the automotive field,covering a wide range of majors,but there are still many problems in the implementation process.By analyzing the demand for talents in the automotive field and combining with the current situation of vocational colleges,this paper analyzes and discusses the current problems of the professional quality training mode of talents in the automotive field under the"1+X"certificate system and puts forward corresponding solutions,to provide reference for effectively improving students'professional quality and helping students achieve comprehensive and sustainable development.
