摘要
课程改革是教育改革的根本核心,课堂改革是课程改革的根本核心,而教师专业发展是课堂改革的根本核心.将汽车保险理赔相关工作岗位的最新标准、技能要求融入课程教学,以岗位职业要求为考核评价标准,以企业具体岗位素养为目标,细分企业岗位技能职责,学生在校期间研习任务体系内的多项技能,从而更好地满足企业不同岗位的需求.因此,在岗位应用能力的目标基础上进行教学设置是非常必要的,以实现当今学有所用、理论联系实际等培养目标.
Abstract
Curriculum reform is the fundamental core of education reform,classroom reform is the fundamental core of curriculum reform,and teachers'professional development is the fundamental core of classroom reform,integrating the latest standards and skill requirements of auto insurance claims-related jobs into the course teaching,taking the job requirements as the assessment and evaluation standards,taking the specific job literacy of the enterprise as the goal,subdividing the job skills and responsibilities of the enterprise,and students study several skills in the task system during the school period,to better meet the needs of different positions in the enterprise.Therefore,it is very necessary to set up teaching based on the goal of post application ability,to achieve the training goals of today's learning and practice.
