This paper illustrates how to apply decision analysis to work in detail through a concrete case.It is proved that the characteristic of decision analysis is to use quantitative method to deal with the value judgment of decision makers.It is the intersection of natural science and social science.The research method adopted by decision analysis is not only different from the pure natural science,but also different from traditional social science.
