Brake noise in passenger cars under urban working conditions has always been a hot issue in the industry,and it is also a difficult problem in the industry.How to shorten the development cycle of braking system and accelerate the research and development progress of braking system has become an urgent task for vehicle enterprises and brake enterprises.The vibration and noise test methods of the braking system of passenger cars under urban working conditions mainly focus on:the classification of brake noise and vibration,the introduction of equipment required for the test,the test requirements,and the test methods.The study elaborates on the test methods for the road of the braking system for passenger cars in urban conditions and all the requirements in the process.
