摘要

薪酬预算是企业管理人工成本的重要方式之一,它确定了人力资源的发展方向.薪酬预算需要企业对内外部环境进行分析,科学的制定企业薪酬预算总额并合理的使用.对于高度资本密集和技术密集的汽车制造业来说,薪酬预算管理是人力资源管理的重要部分,做好薪酬预算的管理和控制,对提高企业的经济效益具有十分重要的意义和作用.

Abstract

Salary budget is one of the important ways for enterprises to manage labor costs,which determines the development direction of human resources.The salary budget requires the enterprise to analyze the internal and external environment,scientifically formulate the total salary budget of the enterprise and use it reasonably.For the highly capital-intensive and technology-intensive automobile manufacturing industry,salary budget management is an important part of human resource management,and doing a good job in the management and control of salary budget is of great significance and role in improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
