摘要
职业教育与专业课教学的融合是实现新时代培养"德智体美劳"全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的必然要求.近年来,各职业院校在积极探索不同的劳动教育路径,针对职业教育中存在的劳动教育缺乏顶层设计、与专业教学内容关联性不足、"双师型"教师缺乏、评价体系不完善等系列问题,文章以广西生态工程职业技术学院汽车专业与劳动教育融合实践为例,探讨了劳动教育与汽车专业课程教学融合的方法和策略,促进学生综合素质提升和就业能力培养,创新突破劳动教育困境.
Abstract
The integration of vocational education and specialized course is inevitable for nurturing a new generation of capable young people who have a good and all-round moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetical grounding and are well-prepared to join the socialist cause in the new era.In recent years,various vocational colleges have been actively exploring different labor education paths.In view of the lack of top-level design,insufficient relevance to professional teaching content,lack of"double-qualified"teachers,and imperfect evaluation system in vocational education,this paper takes the integration of Automobile Major and labor education in Guangxi Eco-engineering Vocational and Technical College as an example,discusses the methods and strategies for the integrating labor education and automobile professional course,promotes students'comprehensive quality and employability,and breaks through the dilemma of labor education through innovation.
