The modem apprenticeship system is a major measure to transform talent training,and is a major innovation in deepening school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of engineering and learning.Based on the in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the implementation of modem apprenticeship,a series of corresponding countermeasures are proposed in order to improve the quality of talent training.
