Teaching Reform and Practice under the Guidance of"Post Course Training"——Taking the Troubleshooting of the Plug Door of the CRH380B-type EMU as an Example
"EMU Auxiliary Equipment Maintenance and Overhaul"is the core course of EMU maintenance technology,which is offered in the fourth semester.According to the foundation of students and the characteristics of the curriculum,guided by the goals of vocational education,ideological and political elements are integrated into the teaching design,and the course content is sorted out and reconstructed.The course learning mode is guided by real cases,based on the blended teaching mode,and integrates a variety of teaching methods such as physical demonstration teaching,horizontal comparison motivation method,and scenario reproduction method.The course assessment and evaluation system include professional quality,practical skills,and professional knowledge into the assessment category,and forms a comprehensive and multi-dimensional assessment and evaluation system with the trinity of"intra-group self-evaluation","inter-group mutual evaluation"and"teacher evaluation".After the reform,the teaching aims to cultivate talents in the new era with knowledge,ability,literacy,and ingenuity.
