Under the background of global resource shortage and serious environmental pollution,the society continues to advocate energy conservation and emission reduction.New energy vehicles are favored by the public.Due to the short development time of the new energy vehicle industry,the demand for talents is also increasing.Vocational colleges mainly cultivate technical skills talents,which play an important role in promoting industrial upgrading and economic development.At present,the training of new energy vehicle technology professionals in vocational colleges is still being explored.This paper analyzes the current necessity of training new energy vehicle technology professionals,sorts out the existing problems in the training of new energy vehicle technology professionals,and puts forward five talent training reform paths.
