摘要
实训教学是高职院校教学的重要组成部分,但在实际上其关注度却低于理论教学.为此,笔者针对高职院校三二分段学生课程存在的评价方法单一、企业参与度不足、实训师资队伍结构单薄问题.从实训教学质量评价体系方面提出改革:通过培养目标、评价体系多元化——课岗证赛融合、混合式的教学方法的改革,从而保证职业教育学校实训教学质量,为社会培养更多优质的、技术性的复合型人才.
Abstract
Practical teaching is an important part of teaching in higher vocational colleges,but in fact,lower attention is paid to than to that of theoretical teaching.To this end,the author aims at the problems of single evaluation method,insufficient enterprise participation,and weak structure of training faculty in the courses of students in the third and second segments of higher vocational colleges.Reform is proposed from the aspect of training and teaching quality evaluation system:through the diversification of training objectives and evaluation systems,the integration of courses,posts and certificates,and the reform of mixed teaching methods,so as to ensure the quality of training and teaching in vocational education schools and cultivate more high-quality and technical compound talents for the society.
