Rejuvenating the country through science and education is an important policy advocated by our country at present.As the main object of relying on the rejuvenation of the country through science and education,the quality of college students'training is particularly important.The rationality and quality of the undergraduate teaching curriculum plan largely determines the quality of undergraduate talent training.Therefore,taking the course of"Numerical Control Technology and Programming"as an example,this paper conducts a preliminary exploration of the quality of undergraduate talent training and teaching curriculum plans,and proposes a teaching plan of"conventional teaching mode combined with flexible teaching auxiliary mode".This paper expounds the important role of the conventional teaching mode,and the important support of the professional mentorship for the flexible teaching assistant mode.
