To solve the problem of insufficient verification of the starting and parking conditions of electric vehicles in the traditional test field,based on the characteristics of the large number of starting and parking times on urban roads,this paper proposes a method for the development of urban road cycle test of electric vehicles.Combined with the type of urban road and driving mode,the test scenario library is defined,and the intensity index is defined according to the test development goal.A preliminary test scheme was constructed according to the test scenario library and test mileage,and the road load was measured by data acquisition equipment.The load intensity of the road load data is calculated by the rain flow counting method and the fatigue damage theory,and the strength coefficient is obtained,adjusting the test scheme according to the intensity coefficient threshold,achieving the intensity coefficient target,and determining the test method.The measured results show that the method is operable,and can meet the target requirements and complete the actual experimental development.
