摘要

以举升机自动干燥控制箱执行机构为设计目标,确定各项参数,设计机械结构,运用现代辅助设计软件展开三维建模及动态仿真,根据结果改进,以提高干燥箱的设计的可靠性,实现对举升机控制箱内部电路及敏感电器元件的干燥性保护,以提高汽车举升作业的安全性.

Abstract

Taking the actuator of the automatic drying control box of the lift as the design goal,the parameters are determined,the mechanical structure is designed,the modem aided design software is used to carry out three-dimensional modeling and dynamic simulation,and the results are improved to improve the reliability of the design of the drying box,and the dryness protection of the internal circuit and sensitive electrical components of the elevator control box is realized,so as to improve the safety of automobile lifting operation.
