As one of the important processes in vehicle manufacturing,door welding has a direct impact on the quality and profit of automotive products.As an important auxiliary device for welding work,whether the structure of the fixture is reasonable will affect the welding accuracy and processing efficiency.Based on this,on the basis of briefly describing the technical concepts related to door welding,this paper deeply explores the improved design of the door welding fixture structure from the perspective of three-dimensional design,hoping to provide a valuable reference for relevant technicians.
