摘要

论述当前汽车仪表台管梁焊接精度的现状,结合实际项目开发经验,从管梁焊接夹具方案设计、焊接变形仿真分析、工艺验证及固化等方面总结了管梁焊接精度提升的正向开发流程及管控要点.结果显示,通过正向开发流程管控,管梁关键点的焊接精度由传统的±1.5mm提升至±0.5mm,验证了流程及方法的有效性,对后续车型仪表台管梁的开发有很好的指导作用.

Abstract

This article discusses the current status of welding accuracy of automotive instrument panel cross beam,and combines practical project development experience to summarize the forward development process and key points for improving the welding accuracy of cross beam,from the aspects of cross beam welding clamp design,welding deformation simulation analysis,process validation and consolidation.The results show that through the control of forward development process,the welding accuracy of key points of the cross beam has been improved from the traditional±1.5mm to± 0.5mm,verifying the effectiveness of the process and method,and providing good guidance for the development of the instrument panel cross beam of subsequent automobile project.
