摘要

纯电动汽车空调压缩机制冷和制热需要不仅包含车内需求,还需冷却或加热电池,压缩机负载增大.汽油车压缩机的转速和发动机有固定速比,常用转速840~3600rpm,电动车压缩机转速由负载决定,通常为800~8000rpm.纯电动车没有发动机屏蔽,怠速压缩机噪声变得特别显著.需优化压缩机支架模态和压缩机刚体模态与车内空腔模态的避频、方向盘模态避频等,来解决车内噪声和振动问题.

Abstract

The EV air conditioning compressor not only provide the cooling and heating needs for passenger requirement,but also provide the cooling and heating for the battery.The ICE compressor speed follow with engine speed,normal speed is 840~3600rpm.The EV compressor load requirement decide the speed,normal speed is 800~8000rpm.The idle EV compressor noise is very obvious than ICE without engine mask.It is necessary to optimize the natural frequency of the bracket,the compressor rigid body mode,the cavity mode in the vehicle and the steering wheel mode,avoid to resonate and solve the noise and vibration problems in the vehicle.
