摘要
文章讲述了安全带织物宽度对乘员保护效果的影响.通过使用特殊编织方法,可以在碰撞事故发生时,使安全带在拉伸过程中变宽,增大和乘员的接触面积.通过仿真调整织带宽度,验证对假人主要伤害指标的影响,评价设计思路实际保护效果,为安全带实现更好的约束效果提供参考.研究基于仿真软件的THOR假人进行分析,对不同位置的肋骨位移进行了考察,结果显示织带变宽对假人伤害指标有空间位置上的分摊作用,对胸部变形量有一定的改善.
Abstract
This article describes the influence of Seatbelt webbing width on the Protection of occupant.The width of seatbelt webbing can be increased using particular weave method while tensioning in car impact accident.The contact area with body could be larger,as well.Validate this influence on dummy injury with seatbelt of different width in simulation model.The actual effect of plan was evaluated and the results can give us some useful suggestions.The research is based on simulation analysis with a THOR 50th dummy,which includes rib compression sensors in different locations.The results show that the wider webbing could be useful in dummy injury sharing in different places and the chest deformation was improved to some extent.
