摘要

密封条绒毛与车窗玻璃摩擦失效是典型的一类摩擦特征.文章通过在实验室重复多次模拟试验,分析了密封条绒毛与玻璃组成的摩擦副界面从水润到干摩擦状态下摩擦特性变化,同时在试验出现明显振动时通过加载与卸载观察摩擦特性的变化,将试验过程从湿润态-半干干湿态-干燥状态分为五个不同阶段,探讨了试验不同阶段摩擦特性及发生的机制.结果表面明:摩擦副在半干干湿状态下摩擦系数最小,同时试验出现明显的振动,此时增加负载,振动明显加剧,卸载后摩擦系数恢复到加载前水平;在整个试验过程中,湿态及干态的摩擦状态均比半干干湿状态平稳.

Abstract

The friction failure between the fluff of the sealing strip and the window glass is a typical type of friction characteristics.In this paper,the friction characteristics of the friction pair interface composed of sealing strip fluff and glass are analyzed from water to dry friction by repeating the simulation test in the laboratory,and the change of friction characteristics is observed by loading and unloading when the test has obvious vibration,and the test process is divided into five different stages from wet-semi-dry-wet-dry to dry,and the friction characteristics and the mechanism of the test are discussed.The results show that the friction coefficient of the friction pair is the smallest in the semi-dry,dry and wet state,and the obvious vibration occurs in the test,and the vibration is obviously aggravated when the load is increased at this time,and the friction coefficient returns to the level before loading after unloading.During the whole test,the friction state of wet and dry state was more stable than that of semi-dry and wet state.
