In order to analyze the influence of EBD system parameters on the braking performance of passenger cars, the experimental results show that the EBD system parameters have a significant impact on the braking performance of passenger cars.In terms of braking force distribution, the adjustment of different parameters leads to the change of the braking force distribution ratio of the front and rear wheels, which then affects the braking performance of the vehicle. In terms of braking distance, some parameters allow the vehicle to stop faster while braking, thus shortening the braking distance. In addition, the optimization of parameters can also improve the stability of the vehicle and reduce the sideslip and instability during braking.Reasonable adjustment and optimization of EBD system parameters can significantly improve the braking performance of passenger cars, improve the effect of braking force distribution, shorten the braking distance, and increase the stability of the vehicle.
