摘要
为了提升新车型投产后合格率和降低市场保修率,G公司以防患于未然的思路开展新车型品质检证.检证团队从变化点出发,提取品质风险点,设定品质检证的方案并在新车型试做时按照计划实施检证,评价试做车品质水准并及时推进对策,最后确定标准化管理项目.通过检证的实施,及早地发现了品质不良隐患并快速得到对应解决,构筑了新车型高品质投产的管控体制.
Abstract
In order to improve the quality pass rate and reduce the market warranty rate of new models after production,G Company adopts a proactive approach to conduct quality verification for new models.The verification team starts from the differences,extracts the quality risk points,sets up the quality verification plan and implements the verification according to the plan during the trial production of new models,evaluates the quality level of the trial production vehicles and timely promotes countermeasures,and finally determines the standardization measures.Through the implementation of verification,the potential quality defects were discovered and solved promptly,and a quality control system for high-quality production of new models was established.
