文章针对汽车产品出口韩国所需应对的回收及禁限用物质法规(韩国ELV,韩国REACH,韩国BPR,韩国GHS)进行梳理,探讨韩国市场相关的法规要求,以及应对策略,规避汽车产品出口韩国市场不合规风险.
Abstract
In this paper,the recycling and prohibited substances regulations(ELV,REACH,BPR,GHS)needed to deal with when automotive products are exported to South Korea are sorted out,and the relevant regulatory requirements in the South Korean market are discussed,as well as the countermeasures to avoid the non-compliance risks of automotive products exported to South Korea market.
