摘要
随着汽车技术的迅速发展,汽车检测与维修专业的人才需求日益突出.然而,传统的人才培养模式在满足市场需求和促进产业创新方面面临一定的挑战.为了培养适应行业发展的高素质人才,提出了"双导向、四协同、五融合"的产教融合人才培养模式.该模式的核心思想是通过产业和教育的紧密合作,促进人才培养的协同发展.
Abstract
With the rapid development of automobile technology,the demand for talents in automobile inspection and maintenance is becoming increasingly prominent.However,the traditional talent training model faces certain challenges in meeting market demand and promoting industrial innovation.In order to cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to the development of the industry,a talent training model of"double orientation,four synergies,and five integrations"is proposed.The core idea of this model is to promote the coordinated development of talent training through close cooperation between industry and education.
