摘要
文章旨在探究 1+X制度下中职汽修专业课堂教学的变革策略.首先分析了1+X制度的背景与内容,指出其对中职汽修专业教育的意义;进而探讨了1+X制度下中职汽修专业课堂教学面临的挑战,即课程设置的适应性挑战、师资队伍的能力培养挑战、教学方法与资源支持挑战、学生职业规划与跨课程学习挑战以及校企合作与实践机会方面的挑战;最后提出了加强课程整合与设计创新、加大师资培养与专业发展、提升教学方法多样化创新、强化学生职业规划与跨课程学习指导、扩大学校与企业的合作,增加实践机会等变革策略,以适应1+X制度下中职汽修专业课堂教学所面临的挑战.文章的研究成果可以为中职汽修专业的教学改革提供参考和借鉴,促进学生的全面发展和就业能力的提升.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the reform strategy of classroom teaching of secondary vocational auto repair under the 1+X system.Firstly,the background and content of the 1+X system were analyzed,and its significance to the secondary vocational auto repair professional education was pointed out.Then,the challenges faced by the classroom teaching of secondary vocational auto repair majors under the 1+X system were discussed,namely,the adaptability challenges of curriculum setting,the challenges of faculty capacity training,the challenges of teaching methods and resource support,the challenges of students'career planning and cross-curricular learning,and the challenges of school-enterprise cooperation and practice opportunities.Finally,the reform strategies such as strengthening curriculum integration and design innovation,increasing teacher training and professional development,improving the diversification and innovation of teaching methods,strengthening students'career planning and cross-curriculum learning and guidance,expanding the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and increasing practical opportunities are put forward to meet the challenges faced by the classroom teaching of secondary vocational auto repair majors under the 1+X system.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the teaching reform of secondary vocational auto repair majors,and promote the all-round development and employability of students.
