摘要
现代产业学院是新时代校、企、地深度融合的共同体,需要面向产业发展和地方需求实施人才培养.根据现代产业学院人才培养的特点,汽车工程产业学院从人才培养模式、课程体系及教学团队、教学模式、学生创新创业能力等方面对人才培养过程进行探索,形成了人才的有效路径和方法,为同类型现代产业学院人才培养提供了建设思路.
Abstract
Modern Industry College is a community with deep integration of schools,enterprises,and localities in the new era,and it is necessary to implement talent training for industrial development and local needs.According to the characteristics of talent training in modern industry colleges,the automotive engineering industry college explores the talent training process from the aspects of talent training mode,curriculum system,teaching team,teaching mode,and students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and forms an effective path and method for talents,which provides construction ideas for the talent training of the same type of modern industry college.
