摘要
工匠精神是从业者职业能力与职业品质的内在体现,工匠精神展示出的是相关从业人员对于自己的职业发展所包含的专业素质和品德修养、是实事求是的工作作风.将工匠精神的育人功能与职业学校专业课程教学相融合,可以帮助学生树立正确的职业价值观.《机械制图与CAD技术基础》是学生进校涉及的第一门专业平台课,应特别重视工匠精神与该课程的有效融合,文章将重点阐述工匠精神融入《机械制图与CAD技术基础》课程教学的路径和方法,以期提升学生职业认同和行业自信,实现知识传授、价值塑造和能力培养的多元统一.
Abstract
The craftsman spirit is the internal embodiment of the professional ability and professional quality of the practitioners,and the craftsman spirit shows the professional quality and moral cultivation of the relevant practitioners for their own career development,and the work style of seeking truth from facts.Integrating the educational function of craftsman spirit with the teaching of professional courses in vocational schools can help students establish correct professional values.This paper will focus on the path and method of integrating the craftsman spirit into the teaching of the course"Fundamentals of Mechanical Drawing and CAD Technology",to enhance students'professional identity and industry self-confidence,and realize the pluralism and unity of knowledge transfer,value shaping and ability training.
