摘要
基于现场车辆运用与管理所运用的新技术、新工艺、新规范,对接岗课赛证,以活页教材为载体,依托校企合作教学团队,实施一课多师.在不断的教学实践中,始终坚持党的教育方针,秉持以学生为中心的新工科教学理念,以学生全面发展为导向,以课程教学内容改革为主线.不断开展车辆运用与管理课程的教学改革与实践,创建了创新课程内容体系.以"自信乐观、团结协作、求实创新"为思政要素,润物无声地渗透于课程教学之中.课后强化岗位拓展,培养学生专长,突出学生个性发展.
Abstract
Based on the new technologies,processes,and standards applied in the application and management of on-site vehicles,and in conjunction with job course competitions and certificates,we use loose leaf textbooks as carriers and rely on a school enterprise cooperative teaching team to implement one course with multiple teachers.In continuous teaching practice,we have always adhered to the Party's educational policy,upheld the new engineering teaching concept of student-centered,guided by the comprehensive development of students,and focused on the reform of curriculum and teaching content.Continuously carrying out teaching reform and practice of vehicle application and management courses,and creating an innovative course content system.The ideological and political elements of"confidence,optimism,unity and cooperation,and seeking truth and innovation"are silently infiltrated into curriculum teaching.Strengthen post expansion after class,cultivate students'expertise,and highlight their individual development.
