摘要
文章基于城市轨道交通行业发展的现状,分析了《城市轨道交通车站设备运行与维护》课程实施"理实一体化"教学的必要性,依据专业对应的职业岗位的任职要求,结合学校人才培养定位,参照岗位职业资格标准,构建基于职业岗位典型工作过程的课程体系,重构了教学内容,改善了教学方式,结合专业特点及学生具体条件进行教学改革以提高学生的综合素质.教学实践表明,开展理实一体化教学,可有效地激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学实效.
Abstract
Based on the current situation of the development of the urban rail transit industry,this paper analyzes the necessity of the"integration of theory and practice"teaching in the course of"Operation and Maintenance of Urban Rail Transit Station Equipment",constructs a curriculum system based on the typical work process of vocational positions according to the requirements of the corresponding vocational positions,combines the talent training orientation of the school,and refers to the vocational qualification standards of the posts,reconstructs the teaching content,improves the teaching methods,and carries out teaching reform in combination with the characteristics of the profession and the specific conditions of students to improve the comprehensive quality of students.Teaching practice shows that the integration of theory and practice can effectively stimulate students'interest in learning Xi and improve the effectiveness of teaching.
