摘要
动力电池作为新能源电动汽车的"心脏",占整车成本的 30%-40%,其性能的好坏直接影响着电动汽车的续航和安全性.为全面评价动力电池的性能,需要从电性能、环境可靠性及安全性能等方面进行测试验证.新能源汽车动力电池的性能检测维修是未来行业的发展趋势,业内急需动力电池性能检测维修的相关设备及技能.本文所提及的新能源汽车动力电池性能测试台可对新能源及智能网联汽车的动力电池包、电池模组、单体电池进行性能检测,通过检测进行相关维修更换,提高整个动力电池包的使用寿命,减少车辆维修成本.
Abstract
As the"heart"of new energy electric vehicles,power batteries account for 30%-40% of the cost of the whole vehicle,and their performance directly affects the endurance and safety of electric vehicles.To comprehensively evaluate the performance of power batteries,it is necessary to test and verify the electrical performance,environmental reliability,and safety performance.The performance testing and maintenance of power batteries for new energy vehicles is the development trend of the industry in the future,and the industry urgently needs relevant equipment and skills for power battery performance testing and maintenance.The new energy vehicle power battery performance test bench mentioned in this article can test the performance of power battery packs,battery modules,and single batteries,and carry out relevant maintenance and replacement through testing,to improve the service life of the entire power battery pack and reduce vehicle maintenance costs.
